Questions
- What is a coverage report?
- A one-off report on how the press covered your project and up to three rivals over the last 60 days: the tone index, the domains that carried it and the stories behind it. Write to us with the project and the rivals; we confirm the price and the date before you pay.
- Which newsrooms are counted?
- 1,300+ selected newsrooms and trade publications in 11 areas. Aggregators, reprint sites and press-release wires are switched off; the methodology lists the rules.
- Is the index investment advice?
- No. It measures how the press writes about a topic, not what prices will do.
- What counts as a request?
- Every API call made with your key, whatever the endpoint or the number of rows it returns. Both the per-minute and the per-day budget count it.
- What happens at the limit?
- The API answers 429 until the window resets. Each response carries X-RateLimit-Limit and X-RateLimit-Remaining; a 429 also carries Retry-After in seconds.
- How do I pay?
- With crypto through OxaPay, right from your account: a payment buys 30 days of the plan, and your account moves to it as soon as the network confirms the transaction. Need an invoice or another way to pay? Write to hello@sonarmood.com.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Crypto payments do not renew by themselves: we email a reminder 3 days before the period ends, and if you do not renew, your account and keys drop back to Free.
